An Abstract Expression to Human Conscience: Introduction to Read Free Space
Introduction
Our known universe has been freely existed as well as the man kind, without limits or obstacles other than those ones generated out of oneself. The clearest existence of the free spaces actually the human mind. The human minds are free limitless without constrains flying to every horizon regardless how long is the trip, according to his power of thinking, which means that the human mechanism of thinking is the method to manage the free space , the free mind.
The Design Philosophy
Mankind have existed for thousands years on the planet earth, in state of sustainable dynamic relation between one another and the surrounding elements of universe within the universe. Or shall we call it the container that contains all members of this unique relation. This relation keeps producing culture, heritage, awareness, knowledge and civilizations.
One of the most important achievements of the human race is the moral pattern of supreme values. In which the human societies can measure, analyze and criticize the human acts, as well as manipulate the living experience pragmatically in favor of the public benefit by modifying the accumulative collected public mass awareness. The supreme values directed to our proposal are seven values which are; the value of peace, justice, righteousness, equality, beauty, knowledge and freedom.
These values are commonly appreciated and respected mankind, also they are considered the source of light coming out of the context transcendentally enlighten our minds, and inspiring the human societies to rise and evolve. The human society throughout the sustainable dynamic act of living, actually revolving around the core of the supreme values pivotally transfer from one to another to inspire, rise and evolve. The magnificence of the supreme values that it is connecting with the beings through very private methods which are; life experiments and experiences conducting them to free mind space. Each mind considered the most free space one could ever experience, which is collecting and spreading ideas and creations, that is why the interactive relation between members of each society is building collective society conscience, and interactions between societies one another are building collective human conscience, it is the perfect container, it is the ultimate free space.
The Design Concept
The human conscience is one of the most beautiful human findings in spite of its complexity, it is the product of the relation between the methodological logical act of thinking and the human non-materialistic mysterious spirit. This complex impressive relation would not developed and evolved without the impact of moral pattern of transcendental supreme values to reach that enhanced transcendental human conscience , which is responsible of creating all what are known from creativity, art, ideas, philosophy, architecture and urban patterns to build the human civilization.
Our proposal concept based on expressing that our interpretation to “free space’’ is the free collective human conscience. However, to express relation between mysterious human spirit (beyond the wall of exhibition dark colored) and the human mind (the form of white ribs attached to the wall of ten exhibition portal to the spirit), interfering with the transcendental supreme values (the main pavilion form and its light beams fixed to the sky of the pavilion). Finally, our design statement is “the true free space actually lies within our core itself, it is the free human collective conscience”.
The Massing Analysis
- The human supreme values, which is commonly appreciated and respected by the human race, are actually transcendental, human societies are revolving around them constantly to inspire and enthuse to apply on their actions. This is why we have chosen the geometry of the circle to shape and illustrate our reading to the supreme values within our design.
- The distance between the center of the circle and any point lies on its circumference are typically equal, so as in the distance between the core of the human supreme values and any of the human societies despite of their differences.
- The Radius of the circles plan of the human supreme values morphology are equal, thus to illustrate that the supreme human values are equally interrupted to the human societies, as they are transcendental.
- The Human supreme values are conceptually concerted and intersected with one another, creating general experience for the human societies
- The aware perception of human supreme values according to the collective human conscience (free space) is not fixed, as human minds perception mostly irregular. However, we created the centers of the circles of values in non-linear position related to the wall of entrance, to indicate our own resolution for the matter collective human conscience perception.
- The dynamic interactive reaction of the collective human conscience (free space) is pivotal reaction, as the human societies are always orbiting around the human supreme values with actions of entering and exiting with variable input/output knowledge. We indicated that process by giving each value circle multiple openings with variable dimensions.
- The Rising wooden forms lies on the supreme values circles considered abstract expression to the human beings on two philosophical levels. First, human individuals are not typical each one is unique component according to their race, culture, gender, experience, etc. Second, the ascending parametric motion of the forms represent that exposure of the human societies to the supreme values enhance and improve the whole living experience.
- The forms attached to the walls of the exhibition hall considered as portal mesh towards the outer space conserving yet revealing the magnificence of the accumulative experiences stored on the outer shell of collective human conscience (free space) carrying out the human experimenting process.
- The human brain has been always source of inspiration, it is the organ which carry out all calculations and management procedures of human functions, but most importantly it is responsible of the most important activity of the human race, which is the process of thinking. The brain is responsible of analyzing and storing all kind of information creating human experience, our design inspiration for the form of the walls of the exhibition (the container of the free space) came from the brain, it carries out all memories and mental images of experience, in our case it will carry the exhibits of the architectural and cultural products that inspires humanity of free space. Also the light fixtures hanging on the form will indicate the hope of knowledge and the continuity of generations.
